UCA Information And Advice Services
- Information and advice are provided to help energy consumers make informed choices about how to purchase electricity and natural gas based on their individual circumstances.
- The majority of callers ask questions about which retailer provides regulated service in their area. Many callers ask about the competitive offers available and how to make a decision about an energy contract.
