Direct Energy Regulated Services (DERS) provides regulated electricity service to Alberta residential and small commercial customers. DERS is a subsidiary of Centrica plc. The head office for Centrica plc is in Windsor, Berkshire, United Kingdom.
ATCO Electric provides wires service to DERS customers living in northern and areas of northeastern and southeastern Alberta. ATCO Electric’s head office is in Edmonton, Alberta.

Please note the rates above do not include transmission, distribution, administration, local access fees, GST or other charges. As a result, the cost of the "delivered" energy would be higher. Typically, these costs make up an additional 40 to 50 per cent of the energy charges for the average residential single family dwelling.
